The saloon boat Swaenenvecht “Electric sailing on the Vecht” was built in 1908 commissioned by Dr. W.H. Teupken, at nv-shipping company Schouten in Muiden. He kept it as a his vessel for pleasure. In 2005 the boat was remodeled with an electric engine, which makes it possible to make noiseless and sustainable trips, a real treat! The boat is completely covered and if the weather is nice, the sides can be rolled up. A great boat to relax, have a drink sitting or standing up.
